Who doesn't love bread? It's soft, lightly sweetened fluffiness wrapping around your tongue and has you wanting more! Dramatic, maybe, but we love bread. Unfortunately, the feelings aren't mutual (bread doesn't love us). I am always on the search for a great bread replacement recipe. I tried the first one yesterday and I am in LOVE with it!! The first one is meant to replace an English Muffin, but works great as a sandwich bun. I have also included a loaf bread recipe and a great replacement when you need that "crunch"!
