It's Friday, and many of us are looking forward to the damage we will do to ourselves this weekend. If weekend workouts are not on your agenda, here is a quick cardio routine you can do today at home with no equipment needed!
Repeat this routine 4 times. Time yourself to perform each exercise for 50 seconds, then rest 10 seconds before starting the next exercise. Rest 30 seconds between each round. 1. Jumping Jacks 2. Burpees 3. High knees 4. Mountain climbers 5. Squat jumps These moves are simple moves that will pack a punch and get your heart rate up. 4 times through will be challenging, but give it your best shot. What do you think of the workout?
