Promotion Overview
Total Life Changes LLC. is sponsoring a promotion for all existing Independent Business Owners (IBOs) that meet the criteria set forth in the Official Terms and Conditions. The Black Friday Buy-One, Get-One (BOGO) is a sales promotion that applies only on Friday, November 25th from 12:00 PM EST to 4:00 PM EST. For every product purchased, the IBO will get the same exact product for free (not to exceed $2,000 USD). There will be no substitutions, no refunds, no exchanges and no volume on compensated products. The offer is valid only while supplies last.

1. Eligibility
The Black Friday promotion is available to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the district of Colombia, and international independent business owners (“IBO’s”); offer excludes IBO’s in Asia. Employees of Total Life Changes, LLC and other companies associated with the promotion of the offer, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of household members of each such employee are not eligible. The offer is subject to federal, state and local law regulations. MUST BE AN INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OWNER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS OFFER. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

3. Promotion Period
The Black Friday Promotion is a four-hour promotional sale scheduled Friday, November 25, 2016 from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Purchases will be accepted for the duration of the offer using the following method: Purchases made in Total Life Changes’ Secure Back Office Cart. Not to exceed $2,000 USD.

4. How to Participate
Independent Business Owner purchases must be completed in Total Life Changes’ Secure Back Office Cart with a valid IBO identification number. Orders placed from 12:00-4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be determined as ‘time sensitive’ purchases made during the promotion and valid for a buy-one, get-one (BOGO) free promotion.

5. General Conditions
No substitutions. No refunds. No exchanges. No volume on compensated (free) products. Purchases may not exceed $2,000 USD per representative identification number. Offer valid only while supplies last. Products are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. An eligible purchase made from 12:00-4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be classified as a buy-one, get-one free offer of the same product. Example: A 10-pack purchase of Iaso® Tea will qualify for a free 10-pack of Iaso® Tea; no substitutions allowed. Multiple purchases may be made during the promotional period, however, when the purchased product exceeds $2,000 USD, there will be no more compensated (free) product on the order(s) after this $2,000 limit has been exceeded.

6. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each purchaser agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Michigan. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, purchaser’s rights and obligations, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, without giving the effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Michigan.
