Motivating yourself to workout can be a real challenge! There are so many other things to be done, we sometimes prioritize ourselves last. Make yourself a priority and the rest will fall into place. For me, that means a lot of things including giving myself time to workout.
Today's workout will be a full body blast that will give you both weight training and cardio. If you don't have weights or resistance bands, find something around the house that can give some weight or make your own. Some examples: a brick from your yard, jug of milk or an empty milk jug filled with sand. Just make sure you can hold on to it. This is a circuit workout. You will do as much of each exercise as you can for 50 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds until you complete the circuit. Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute between the circuits. Full Body Blast Workout Repeat each circuit 3 times. Set a timer to work for 50 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. CIRCUIT 1

Each circuit should take roughly 18 minutes. What a great way to start the weekend!! If you cannot make it through each circuit 3 times, try 1 or 2 times and move on.
