Booty is all the business these days. Women and Men both love curves, by natural instinct that dates back to cave man days. Curves subconsciously signify the ability to reproduce, and as humans, we have a subconscious duty to not be extinct. Leave the plastic butt on Amazon and cancel your butt injection appointment - you could get and infection or worse, a death sentence. Instead, focus on targeted workouts that can help you achieve your desired curves. I am not a fan of falsely altering your body to live up to America's so called standards. Who really came up with that shit anyway?
Booty's are as unique as our personalities. Flat, fat, droopy, or small, that booty muscle will make all the difference. Tightening up that muscle by working it out builds and lifts. Building and lifting burns the fat around the muscle. You are most definitely guaranteed to see a change if you really work it. Working it means feeling the burn and maxing out. Otherwise, your effort may be wasted.
Legs and butt are my favorite muscles to work. One, they are by far my strongest muscles and I can really challenge myself. Second, they are big muscles, so my effort goes a long way with burning fat. Third, I am working toward slimming those areas.
Instead of taking the easy way out and potentially paying for it the way Mrs. did in the photo above, grab a kettle bell and work that booty. If you don't have a kettle bell, try taking a one gallon milk jug and filling it with sand. You can create an entire set of "kettle bell" weights doing this. Here is great kettle bell workout to get you started on your 2016 booty!
