I usually post full body workouts that can be done in 30 minutes or less 3-5 days a week, but this week feels different:) I have some areas I want to focus on - arms, so I have been thinking of some quick and effective moves to give me the results I want. Below are 3 different workouts that focus on different areas of the body and you can do at home. 1-2 times through any of the workouts will have you feeling like you did something good. You can do each workout one day of the week (M,W,F) and pick up some cardio in between (T, TH). It is a nice way to do something different throughout the week, but still take care of you!
