Once upon a time I gave up meat for about 3 years. My body felt great, everything seemed to be in working order, and all was well. But, as my social life began to resume, so did a lot of my bad habits: drinking, sugar, meat. I simply lacked the self control. Current day: I generally eat meat most days and I enjoy adult beverages often. I have the sugar under control for the most part. BUT, my body doesn't function nearly as well as it used to.
What's a girl to do??? I have been giving some very serious thought to giving up meat once again. But, I have to feel very comfortable with my go to options because I will PANIC if I get a bump in the road aka I have no idea what I am going to meal prep for the week!

MEAT FREE CHICKEN (vegetarian chicken) - this recipe turns the "chicken" into nuggets, but you can do whatever you want with it.
