It's Monday and for many of us, back to the grind. How was your weekend? I don't know about you, but my definition of a great weekend is one that has me looking for ways to burn off those extra calories. And besides that, who wouldn't like to burn a quick 100 calories? I am sharing with you a quick workout that can burn 100 calories! This workout is super fast, so why not go for the gold and do it 5 or 10 times through??? That means you can burn 500 or 1000 calories. If you give yourself 1 minute to do each exercise you are looking at 15 minutes MAX to do this 10 times through and take breaks along the way. If you have a severe case of the "Mondays", one time through should not take you longer than 4-5 minutes. Take care of your body and do a light warm up/cool down and stretch.
