I don't know about you, but abs seem to be the hardest part of the my body to re-shape and change. A lot of this has to do with a weaker core and pain in my lower back when trying to do different abdominal exercises.  But that doesn't mean that I should just avoid working out my core or abs, it just means I should find alternate ways to do so.

There are lots of ways to work your abdominal muscles - the most common being crunches and planks.  Different abdominal moves can range from being on the floor to standing up. Some can also incorporate weights.   Here are 25 exercises to tone your abs without crunches.
