It is officially SUMMER!!! I am excited - it is by far my favorite time of year. I spend the majority of my days outside. This summer, I am lucky enough to get to spend a lot of time poolside with the kiddo, so I am happy my body and belly are at a place I am comfortable enough wearing a swimsuit. While my it is still a work in progress, my 3 tips to making belly fat disappear are: Iaso Detox Tea + NutraBurst, Food Choices, and Workout!

Workout: Do something that is appropriate for your fitness level! I do boot camp 3 days per week. If you have never worked out, you should not start with a boot camp. You need an exercise plan that will keep you coming back and if you feel defeated and nearly dead when your done, chances are you are not coming back. Keep it simple, start with walking 30 minutes per day or give the routine below a try.
