Looking for a great Total Body workout this week?? Below is great Total Body that kicked my butt. Add weight and resistance - it is key to working your muscles, getting your hear rate up and sweating.
With this workout, there are two circuits. Complete the first circuit 3 times, rest for a minute, then move on to circuit 2 and complete 3 times. You will need a timer. Set your timer or watch you clock to do the exercise for 50 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Total Body Workout Circuit 1 - complete 3 times
Circuit 2 - complete 3 times
