I wanted to MOTIVATE someone with my Blood work results. Total Life Changes does not make medical claims! These are my results! I wanted to wait to post my weight loss results because I wanted that "WOW" factor. After getting my blood work results back from my doctor this week, I realized it's so much bigger then just weight loss. Although I'm 25 pounds lighter over a six week period, what's going on in the INSIDE of me is truly amazing! November 2014 my Hemoglobin A1c was 7.3...6.5 or greater is consistent with Diabetes. I had a +2 protein in my urine which means my Kidneys weren't functioning correctly. My last issue was my red blood cells were being produced without iron. At that point, my doctor referred me to all types of specialists:

Neurologist for my Kidneys
Pulmonary specialist for Sleep apnea,
Optometrist for my eye, and
Dermatologist for my feet

I had to participate in 4 sessions of Diabetes classes and each class was 4 hours. And all these visits were related to diabetes. The common message from all the specialist was lose weight to control your diabetes so there's no residual effect.

So over the following year I did just that. I changed my eating habits and started walking. I would lose a little weight and then gain it back. I did the "miracle cleanse" where I only drank lemon water, cayenne pepper and grade A maple syrup. Fast forward November 2015 the only change was My A1c went form 7.3 to 6.9.
Everything else stayed pretty much the same. At the end of 2015, my family decided to make some lifestyle changes. We wrote down our goals and one thing we wanted to see changed with each of us was "better health." Directly after that I heard about Total Life Changes products from a couple of different sources. We decided to try them and that's how we came up with project 698. I started drinking laso Tea & Nutraburst on January 6th. I had my blood work done on February 29th. When I met with my doctor he said all your numbers are moving in the right direction. My A1c went form 6.9 to 6.2. My Protein from my 24 hour urine collection went form 870 to 450. Now, l'm also producing red blood cells with iron again. Where I had 7 items out of range, now I only have two. I truly believe it's my organs going through the full detox and now they can do what they're supposed to do which is heal my body. Thank you, God, for placing these products in my path!

My Total Life Changes WHY is because of my battle of food addiction. I ate when I was happy...sad...depressed...suicidal. Food was my savior instead of the Savior who could save me. I hid my addiction from my family...I ate in the car...in the bathroom...in the closet....when everybody else we asleep. Basically, anywhere I could get my food in. I stuffed myself until I rocked a 300 weight gain which in turn gave me arthritis, narcolepsy, sleep apnea, thyroid and GERD & liver issues. Many of my family on my father's side battled drugs and alcohol. Because of it, my father died of his addiction at only 58 years old. Because of him and my children, I decided I needed to get healthy or I would end up in a 6 foot grave like him. Now because of my WHY, I no longer suffer from those ailments & I am rocking a 109 lbs weight loss! TLC along with my real Savior, Jesus Christ are my deliverance from bondage....no longer a slave and now I'm FREE!!

I started my weight loss journey 140 pounds overweight. This was extremely difficult for me to face because as a teenager and young adult (until I had my first child). I was a cheerleader and had the figure of one. After gaining weight from my first child I began to shut myself away from the public. I was ashamed of how I looked. I would smile on the outside but be screaming on the inside because I seemed to be caught in this downward spiral of emotional eating. I would try to be good and then after failing miserably I would shove something fatty and sweet in my mouth for comfort, get upset at myself for doing it and eat again because I am an emotional eater. I lost all hope and started to accept the fact that I was always going to be fat.

Fast forward a few years and three more children I found myself 140 overweight. I was able to get a little less than 20 pounds off myself in 2014 between July and November by cutting out soda from my daily routine and chasing children but it was really hard and seemed so minimal for the effort I felt I was putting forth. Around Thanksgiving I saw posted on FB where a high school friend of mine that had lost a very noticeable amount of weight by drinking this tea..... so of course I was desperate and figured I had nothing to lose so I had her send me a week to try it. I lost 7 pounds that week and told her to sign me up. LOL!!! I lost 40 pounds between thanksgiving and the beginning of February, buy just drinking the TEA!

Due to the weight loss and me wearing pajamas that were too large ... I fell in my own kitchen and literally shattered my foot the beginning of Feb.I got scared. I knew I couldn't walk let alone exercise and was afraid I would start eating junk again out of boredom and being upset at the fact I had to rely on everyone else for everything. Our resolution drops were released not to long before that.. and they sounded too good to be true but I gave them a shot and actually lost 20 lbs in 30 days sitting on my fanny. Plus 1.5 pant sizes.. LOL!

I have gained a new self confidence that I thought I had lost forever, energy to chase my children, happiness with life in general, a passion to help others feel better and a drive to reach my goal weight that I had before permanently written off. All thanks to TLC and the inspiring stories and people involved with our wonderful company. My journey isn't over. I'm now tackling those last 40 pounds and am super excited to know that hitting that goal is TOTALLY attainable.
