Week 2.5 of Gluten Free

That picture pretty much sums up my "inside" story. It's a problem I have been trying to solve over the last few years. Experimenting in different ways, such as GF, helps me learn my body and keep it functioning and alive.

Question of the day..... Did I cheat yet? Did she give in? YES I DID! And I paid for it with headaches, fatigue and restless sleep.

It's best to test, right? I had 2 pieces of good ole white bread and my body no likey. So rather than feel like I let myself down or cheated, I look at it as I tested my suspicions of gluten related issues.

If your not feeling right, try testing different things and then stop for a day to see if there is a difference. Once you start feeling good, it's hard to remember how feeling bad felt until you feel it again. You will be surprised on what your body learns to live with.
