The weekend is here!  Why not get a quick booty workout in?  Sure, it won't lift your butt in time for tomorrows shindig, but its a start to a future butt lift! And it's FREE!!

Steps for the butt lift workout:1. Squat - 20 reps

2. Pointed Butt Lift - 30 seconds per leg

3. Heel Kick - 30 seconds per leg

4. Fire Hydrants - 30 seconds per leg

5. Bridge - 10 reps

6. Single Legged Bridge - 30 seconds per leg

Repeat 3 times
