Committed myself to Total Life Changes In January 2016. I was unable to walk for 2 yrs due to a spinal injury. I was out of work , Living on Several medications due to many medical conditions. I stepped out on faith and began using the products from TLC because it was my only hope to improve my health. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, PTSD, Depression , PCOS and Chronic Fatigue along with major injuries to my spine and knees.

My journey began March of 2015 as I weighed 320 pounds. I had sleep apnea, border line diabetic and very depressed!
